Jesse is a Sales Engineer for Paschal Associates, and his territory includes western North and South Carolinas, eastern Tennessee and West Virginia.   With over a decade of service in the mining industry, Jesse began in college with Co-ops at two major aggregate producers.  Since then he’s been a project manager for capital projects and improvements and a quality control manager in North and South Carolinas.

Nearly 15 years in aggregate and industrial mineral production in multiple locations is invaluable experience and includes production planning, scheduling, maintenance tracking, scheduling and performance, and plant process improvement.  Jesse’s familiarity with the fluctuating challenges of quality control allows him to genuinely empathize with customers and their need to not only run their businesses as efficiently as possible, but also consistently and successfully meet the expectations of their customers.
