Jill is a Sales Engineer for Paschal Associates, and her territory is north Georgia and the greater Chattanooga, TN area.  After graduating from Virginia Tech with a BS in Mining Engineering in 2015, Jill began working in Georgia as a management trainee.  Jill advanced from management trainee to production supervisor to Plant Manager over two quarries.  While managing two quarries, Jill obtained an MBA from the university of Georgia, graduating in 2022.

In her years in production management, she gained experience in drilling and blasting, pit management, mine planning, GPS functionality, stripping, plant management, plant optimization, maintenance planning, budgeting, and P&L statement management.  Jill understands day-to-day operational needs as well as business strategy.  Her goal is to use the experience she has gained to work with customers to help make their operations flow smoothly to make their lives as easy as possible.
