In 1954, Fred Paschal realized that he could solve a wider range of aggregate and other production problems by bringing together the best industrial process manufacturers in the world.  He selectively added industry experts and grew his company to 15 employees covering three divisions:  Metal Finishing, Aggregate Mining, and Brick Manufacturing.

Today, under the leadership of Bob Bartok, Paschal Associates is a technical sales firm that supports the aggregates industry.  Our team conducts business under the guidance of our mission statement.

Meet the Team

We employ seven mining and metallurgical engineers throughout the Southeastern United States. In support of the manufacturers that we represent, we provide extensive and customized technical support.  This includes plant process analysis and computer simulation, process and productivity trouble shooting, plant process optimization, maintenance and productivity training, and plant layout and design.
