Don is the Technical Sales Engineer for the metal finishing and cleaning division, and has been with Paschal Associates for 40 years. His territory includes Virginia, North and South Carolina and Eastern Tennessee.  Prior to his joining the Paschal Team, Don was a Structural Engineer for CP & L, specializing in land development and sales in Western North Carolina, and then later a Civil Engineer for Burlington Industries, designing new plants and modifications for 38 existing plants throughout the southeast.

With experience in both site and process planning in multiple locations, Don is able to help both production and mechanical engineers to improve their quality and automation for any cleaning and finishing needs. He can typically provide a turn-key approach by designing solutions that include multiple equipment manufactures in one complete system.
