Robby is a Sales Engineer for Paschal Associates who serves the central Carolinas, including Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Charlotte and Rockingham, NC and Columbia, SC.  With 19 years of service in the mining industry, Robby spent college summers working for a private aggregate company in Central Virginia, afterward completing their management training program and assuming multiple leadership positions.

With comprehensive experience in the field, including blasting, welding and fabrication, five plus years as a Mine Foreman and one year as Mine Planning Engineer, Robby applies relevant, working knowledge of the day to day challenges that his customers face.  This authentic, hands on familiarity with the industry allows him to collaborate with everyone from managers to engineers to a seasoned maintenance crew to determine what needs to be done to enhance overall production and plant efficiency.
